**Job Description Summary**: Provide general administrative support to the entire Services team for NAM La Prairie
- Provide administrative support to the site coordinator/project manager/site manager;
- Prepare internal and external correspondence related to the project;
- Layout documents according to established company procedures and ensure quality of presentation;
- File project related documents according to established procedure;
- Prepare and maintain project workflows;
- Follow up on files;
- Perform invoicing according to the instructions given by the project manager;
- Follow up on payments, and identify overdue payments;
- Coordinate with the Site Manager for social events, internal communication;
- Any other additional administrative tasks such as travel bookings;
- Provide occasional support to the HR Manager.
