**Specialist, After Sales Parts Operations**

The Specialist, After Sales Parts Operations will be responsible for providing administrative & analytics support to the Parts Operation’s leadership team to drive business objectives. The Specialist will gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights and produce comprehensive reports. Collaborating closely with After Sales Parts Operations leadership team, the incumbent will refine both standardized, advanced & ad-hoc reporting to meet evolving business needs. Additionally, in this role, the Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance & communication of targets, reporting of government levies and the coordination and administration of external recognition and rewards programs. The incumbent will report to the Director, After Sales
- Parts Operations and will be based out of Subaru Canada’s head office in Mississauga, Ontario.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:

- Prepare regular reports for the Parts leadership team, After Sales stakeholders & field teams.
- Perform analysis to identify trends, opportunities, correlations in Parts reporting, focusing to identify areas of opportunity.
- Provide recommendations based on data for continuous improvement, including areas of opportunity, problem-solving, and the ability to distill large data sets into actionable insights.
- Support the objectives of the Parts team by working closely with stakeholders to establish yearly targets and objectives, including creation and dissemination.
- Collaborate with Parts team members and IT to gather, validate, and analyze data, producing comprehensive reports and refining them to meet evolving business needs.
- Assist in the development of KPI’s for various After sales initiatives, tracking performance and providing reports to record and communicate progress.
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation in reporting to optimize workflows.
- Understanding of data modeling, predictive analytics, and future technologies (such as machine learning and AI).
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal and dealer network programs on a national level including the Star Performer, Six Star Elite - Parts & Service Award Program and Signature of Excellence program.
- Manage all scoring and communication for all After Sales rewards and recognition programs, including working cross-functionally with stakeholders to meet program timelines and desired outcomes.
- Providing a variety of support functions to After Sales personnel as required such as Parts Bulletins, E-lerts to drive enhanced retailer communications.
- Lead all parts scheduling communication, including collecting and validating information for publication.
- Manage all levy reporting for various programs related to After Sales and manage any additional reporting requirements or audit requests from various agencies.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field with 2-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Automotive experience is an asset.
- Power BI skills and knowledge are an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset.

**Physical Conditions**:

- Extra hours, as needed.
- Sedentary role involving extended computer use.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
