**Responsibilities**
- No cold calling - we have a strong inbound acquisition channel.
- Manage relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Explain how life insurance and related products work, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Help customers submit medical and non-medical forms and schedule appointments required to satisfy underwriting requirements.
- Demonstrate expertise in non-face-to-face carrier workflows, underwriting processes, and software tools.
- Act as the primary feedback channel between customers and product teams, driving improvements to our process and technology.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience or interest in life and living benefit insurance sales or service.
- Life insurance broker license or LLQP is a must.
- Passion for customer service and the value of insurance.
- A deep love of technology and staying up to date with digital trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High standards of ethics and integrity.
- Creativity and a natural inclination to think outside the box are highly valued.
- Motivation to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to the company's growth and culture.
- Enjoy working as part of a team but also self-motivated.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
