Property Maintenance Worker

We are a Dog Daycare located on 50 acres in the South/West end of London looking for a property maintenance worker to join our team.

Year round position with 20-30 hours per week available with flexible schedule. Wage starting at $16 per hour with potential to grow with performance reviews. All equipment is provided. Must have own vehicle.

Duties Include:

- Lawn maintenance (grass cutting, weed wacking, weeding)
- Cleaning (sweep, mop, vacuum and sanitize the dog daycare)
- Maintenance of the dog pond (weeding, skimming)
- Odd jobs around the property
- Winter snow removal (plowing driveway, shoveling walking paths, sand and salt)

Experience operating riding lawn mower, weed wacker, push mower and pressure washer would be an asset, but also willing to train the right individual.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
