- Strong physical stamina to handle strenuous outdoor work in cold weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to snow removal
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safe outdoor environments during winter months
- Must enjoy interacting with Seniors and Tenants

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
