**Dental Associate - Oral Surgery Focus**

We are seeking a dental associate with oral surgery focus to join our practice 1-2x per month to see our patients in house for the following treatments: Wisdom Teeth Extractions, Implant Placement (Anterior and Posterior), Soft Tissue Grafting, and other Advanced Oral Surgery needs.

Restor Dental, a unique patient-focused dental practice, is seeking a skilled and motivated Dentist with a specialized focus on oral surgery, particularly implants and wisdom teeth extractions. **Responsibilities**:
**Oral Surgical Expertise**:Perform a variety of oral surgical procedures, with a specific focus on dental implants and wisdom teeth extractions.
Stay current with the latest advancements in oral surgery techniques and technologies.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

**Patient-Centered Care**:Establish rapport with patients and create a comfortable environment for those undergoing oral surgery procedures.
Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance.
Collaborate with the rest of the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Collaborative Approach**:Work closely with other dental professionals to provide integrated and multidisciplinary care.
Collaborate with general dentists within the practice for comprehensive treatment planning.
Contribute to a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**:Ensure that all oral surgery procedures adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans and outcomes.
Uphold infection control protocols and safety measures.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Licensure**:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
ON dental license in good standing with experience in oral surgery (Wisdom teeth, Surgical extractions, Posterior and Anterior Implants).

**Experience**:
Proven experience in oral surgery, with a focus on dental implants and wisdom teeth extractions.

**Skills**:
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
