**Job Summary**

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring that every mom who reaches out feels heard, valued, and supported. **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm PST
- Location: Remote (with occasional monthly team meetings in Langley, BC)_

**What You'll Do**:

- **Resolve Issues**: Address concerns about product quality, subscription management, or order fulfillment while adhering to Everydae’s policies and maintaining our reputation for top-notch customer care.
- **Educate and Empower Customers**: Help customers understand the benefits of Everydae’s supplement formulas. Address common concerns and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs.
- **Maintain Expert Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with Everydae’s offerings, ingredients, and manufacturing standards to confidently answer questions.
- **Improve Processes**: Collaborate with the team to refine workflows, macros, and FAQs to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- **Engage with Care**: Uphold Everydae’s friendly, warm, and caring tone in every communication, reflecting our deep commitment to moms and their families.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Strong Writing Skills**: Ability to connect with customers through thoughtful, clear, and empathetic written communication.
- **Empathy and Communication Skills**: A caring, understanding, and proactive approach to customer service.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: A knack for troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in managing orders, subscriptions, and customer records.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfort navigating customer service platforms like Gorgias and Meta Business Manager, and adapting to new tools as needed.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- **Mission Alignment**: A passion for Everydae’s mission to support moms and a dedication to quality over shortcuts with natural health products.
- **Team Collaboration**: Willingness to attend monthly in-person team meetings in Langley, BC, to strengthen team connections and collaboration.
