**About us**

We are an established local pizza company set to launch a new location up at the Malahat Skywalk for the summer season.

We are seeking a Manager to help us launch and operate a high volume location through the summer months. This summer position could lead to a permanent position for the right person.

Compensation will be structured as a competitive hourly wage ($19-$22) + tips plus a monthly profit sharing bonus and seasonal bonus (commensurate with experience).

Our Manager will get:

Our Manager will:

- Have experience in food and beverage and likely some managerial experience
- likely have experience cooking in a structured kitchen environment and/or experience managing people.
- Enjoy the challenge of building something new
- Thrive in busy environments
- Be excited at the prospect of building a team, and having an impact on how the business operates
- Be motivated to earn profit sharing by dialing in cost of sales, labour, and controllables
- Like people a lot
- Have a valid BC driver’s license and regular access to a vehicle
- be available full time for the summer months with the goal of proving they are someone who should stay on and grow with us
- be available weekends throughout the summer.

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
