**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee inquiries and facilitating communication between staff and management.
- Maintain accurate employee records through data entry in HR systems such as Ceridian, Dayforce, or Workday.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork.
- Manage various HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance HR policies and procedures for improved efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as Ceridian, Dayforce, or Workday is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships within the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Pay: $43,480.82-$60,000.00 per year
