**Overview**:
Eventology is seeking a dynamic Facilitator based in Winnipeg to spearhead our corporate team building events. If you have a background in improv, coaching, corporate events, or acting, we want to hear from you We offer competitive compensation and prioritize creating engaging and enjoyable experiences for our clients. Training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead corporate team building events in a professional and engaging manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages team collaboration and communication.
- Deliver interactive activities and exercises designed to promote teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Adapt facilitation style and content to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the event to ensure a memorable and rewarding experience.
- Collaborate with the Eventology team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events. This will include helping set up and pack down the events.
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm to keep participants motivated and engaged.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in facilitation, preferably in one or more of the following the areas; improv, coaching, training, corporate events, or acting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Passion for creating positive and memorable experiences for others.
- Flexibility to work on an adhoc basis as events are scheduled in the local area.
- Ability to travel and own vehicle is a bonus.
