**What You'll Do**
- ** Manage all phases of residential construction projects** from planning and permitting to execution and final walkthrough, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- ** Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams** to maintain clear communication, set expectations, and ensure smooth project execution.
- ** Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision**, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines.
- ** Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship** by conducting regular site inspections and enforcing best practices.
- ** Identify and resolve project challenges proactively**, adapting to changes and keeping progress on track.
- ** Mentor and support team members**, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and productive work environment.

**What You Bring**
- ** 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction**, with a strong track record of delivering projects successfully. Previous experience in the construction industry is considered a strong plus
- ** Deep understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices**, ensuring high-quality work and compliance.
- ** Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills**, with the ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple moving parts effectively.
- ** Problem-solving mindset**, able to navigate challenges and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JobTread, BuilderTrend, Procore) is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and meetings.
