Founded in 2004, **LARVOL** is a growing, global SaaS company providing innovative solutions to the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Our products include secondary competitive intelligence reports, thought leader tracking, biomarker tools, and conference planning solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior leader to head our Sales team as the **VP of Sales** to grow our company to the next level. You will be a member of the Executive Team, reporting to the CEO. It is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing Sales leader to take their career to the next level in a growing industry with a talented group of colleagues.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Growing our business in existing and new markets
- Developing and executing Sales strategy
- Building, training, and managing a growing sales team with a hands-on approach
- Setting and monitoring KPI’s regularly to ensure individuals and team are on track to meet pipeline targets
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets; growing and developing book of business
- Developing strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
- Building strong rapport with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sales strategy and operational excellence

**You’ll be a fit if**:

- You have 3+ years of experience managing teams selling software or content subscription solutions
- You have 5+ years of experience in selling strategic solutions to Director-level or higher prospects
- You are adept at nurturing sales talent at multiple levels
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree
- You are able to work autonomously as well as with a highly-engaged Executive team
- You are a builder with the desire and ability to build teams, functions, and capabilities
- You are flexible and fluid and are able to adapt quickly to changing project parameters
- Your experience on the commercial side of pharma or life sciences will be an added bonus
