Responsable de l’analyse de la capacité de fabrication et assemblage des secteurs productions par cellule.
- Responsable de la visibilité pour les relâches des livrables à temps
- Responsable de l’affichage de la visibilité quotidienne dans les cellules (V1 et Tableau opération)
- Maintient de la visibilité pour les tableaux de communication du V2
- Responsable de produire et maintenir la liste des livrables pour les sorties de magasin ( picking )
- Responsable de maintenir la visibilité des prévisions opérationnelles mensuelles par cellule
- Préparer la documentation pour les gouvernances opérations
- Faire des études et analyses de temps standards, chemin critique
- Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue dans le but d’améliorer la productivité,l’efficacité et la rentabilité de l’organisation
- Développer et mettre en place des indicateurs de performance ( KPI )
- Mettre en place des méthodes de travail et des processus de production
- Standardisations de la visibilité entre les Cellules de production
- Responsable du suivi des actions quotidiennes d’amélioration
- Mise à jour de l’outils de suivi ( assembly Plan )
- Préparer et documenter les pre-readiness production project
Qualifications et connaissances requises:
- Connaissance avancée avec Excel
- Macros
- Tableaux croisés dynamiques
- Fonctionne statistiques
- Graphiques avancés
- Connaissance en génie industriel (un atout)
- Étude de temps
- Analyse de capacité
- Définition du critical path
- Production par cellule
- Balancement des lignes de production
- Connaissance en mécanique (un atout)
- Compréhension des dessins techniques de base
- Connaissances des pièces mécaniques de base (hytorque - gasket - bearing etc)
- Aimer travailler en équipe et de façon efficace
- Bon sens de la communication
- Être habileté à travailler dans des délais serrés
- Avoir un forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Bien structuré et organisé.
- Bilingue français / anglais.
- Habilités à travailler dans un contexte changeant
Data analyst job description:
- Responsible for the analysis of the manufacturing and assembly capacity of the production sectors per cell
- Responsible for visibility for the release of deliverables on time
- Responsible for displaying daily visibility in cells (V1 and Operation Table)
- Maintain visibility for V2 communication boards
- Responsible for producing and maintaining the list of deliverables for store exits (picking)
- Responsible for maintaining visibility of monthly operational forecasts by cell
- Prepare documentation for operations governance
- Carry out studies and analyzes of standard times, critical path
- Participate in continuous improvement projects in order to improve productivity,
organizational efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement performance indicators (KPIs)
- Set up working methods and production processes
- Standardization of visibility between Production Cells
- Responsible for monitoring daily improvement actions
- Update of the monitoring tools (assembly Plan)
- Prepare and document the pre-readiness production project
Qualifications and knowledge required:
- Advanced knowledge with Excel
- Macros
- Pivot tables
- Works statistics
- Advanced graphics
- Knowledge of industrial engineering (an asset)
- Time study
- Capacity analysis
- Definition of the critical path
- Production per cell
- Balancing production lines
- Mechanical knowledge (an asset)
- Understanding of basic technical drawings
- Knowledge of basic mechanical parts (hytorque - gasket - bearing etc)
- Enjoy working in a team and effectively
- Good sense of communication
- Be able to work under tight deadlines
- Have a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Well structured and organized.
- Bilingual French / English.
- Ability to work in a changing environment
**Salary**: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saint-Laurent, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
