General Labourer

We are looking for an employee that is familiar with operating tractors, pumps, and various farm equipment with confidence. Our busiest seasons are the spring and fall, as we spread biosolids on farmland after the crop has been cut. You can expect to work from August to December, and this part time position can turn in to full time permanent. Benefits such as extended health care, dental, life insurance, and disability are offered to full time permanent employees.
Labourers are expected to set up lagoon equipment, operate trash pumps and lagoon pumps, and assist drivers with various tank clean out jobs.
Lagoon pumps and trash pumps are used to load and offload our tankers. Operators must be capable of lifting hoses both for set up and clean up, as well as loading and unloading tankers.

Again, this can turn into full time work, as we are always looking for drivers as well. Experience in this field is beneficial, but is not required as we will provide training.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Most work performed is outside, but masks and PPE are necessary when in vehicles with other employees. Vehicles and tractors are expected to be sanitized, but we provide vehicles to specific people to limit people changing vehicles.
