**What role will you play?**:
The Program Manager

**What will you be responsible for? (Apart from Innovating)**:

- Scheduling daily stand up with Team Leads and the Director and driving accountability for task milestones
- Collaborating with internal clients and project team members on program planning, program integration, project management, and technical integration activities
- Gatekeeping for all estimates ensuring proper adherence to standards and guidelines
- Instructing PMs on the proper use of Sciforma and ensuring all critical projects are reported on time and accurately
- Tracking implementation priorities, tracking against development schedules and work intake requests, advising on risk mitigations, coordinating with our business partners, and maintaining up-to-date operating models, processes, roles and responsibilities across multiple clients
- Financial tracking of Tower, Investment, and Continuous Improvement Work
- Facilitating and managing the preparation of key documentation including: Statement of Work, Quote letters, proposals, RFPs, Term Sheets
- Delivering clear and concise instructions and accurately documenting Project related conversations and action items
- Working with the technical team to provide clients with compelling offerings to solve their business problems
- Working with individuals, diffusing situations, uniting and motivating team
- Managing the Project Managers including mid-year review, annual review, objectives, and schedules regular 1X1 with team members
- Reporting on Project’s success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
- Working with PMs to Identify required resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
- Ensuring that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

**What does it take for this role to be yours?**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant PM roles with progressive responsibilities.
- Extensive Project Management experience managing multiple project streams of various complexity
- Experience in managing very large programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge and experience in agile (scrum / Kanban / iterative development)
- Exceptional relationship skills, collaboration across lines of business
- Strong issue resolution skills
- Strong understanding of key concepts of financial processes such as budgeting, financial modeling, ROI development etc.
- Ability to be a self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills and an in-depth hands-on work experience with large-scale implementations of Data Integration
- Business-Technical understanding with ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience if needed
- Concepts on integrating data an asset

**Education and certification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience
