**Responsibilities**:

- Operate various assembly and packaging machines, ensure their proper functioning
- Respect the work instructions
- Make minor adjustments to the machines so that they produce good parts
- Use small portable tools, and other equipment such as compactor, scale, jigger, etc., when required
- Change workstation, perform any other tasks according to operational needs (manual assembly or packaging, for example)
- Suggest improvements to current processes
- Perform any other related task

**Qualifications required**:

- Ability to read and interpret the required documents (work orders, parts lists, instructions, quality guidelines, etc.)
- Ability to use basic IT tools (Kanban, Utrakk, or other systems, for transactions, training or other)
- Ability to occasionally lift/handle light to medium loads (Max. 30 pounds)
- Ability to work standing / seated for the duration of the shift
- Fluency in French and/or English, spoken and written
- Good dexterity
- Team spirit, versatility and openness to job rotation in order to achieve operational objectives
