L’acheteur-planificateur développe et optimise les meilleures sources d’approvisionnements tout en étant responsable d'effectuer les achats des matières premières nécessaires à la production et au développement de produits. Il s’assure que les besoins en composantes et pièces sous sa responsabilité sont comblés dans les délais prévus, de la qualité requise et en quantité suffisante et ce, selon les objectifs de coûts et d’inventaire de l’entreprise. Son rôle englobe aussi la responsabilité des activités, de l’amélioration et l’optimisation des processus de gestion des inventaires pour les composantes et pièces sous sa responsabilité.

**Tâches et responsabilités**
- Acheter les matières premières nécessaires à la production avec l'optique de garder les coûts d'inventaire au minimum dans un environnement JIT
- Participer au développement des nouvelles sources et des sources alternatives d’approvisionnement
- Faire le suivi et les relances des commandes, des livraisons ainsi que tout suivi résultant de l'analyse des rapports de retards, devancés et autres
- Procéder au traitement des demandes d'achat (Erequester) et d’échantillon
- Procéder au traitement des rapports de non-conformité
- Tenir à jour les différents paramètres au système (incluant listes de prix) et s’assurer de la paramétrisation complète des items
- Analyser et interprétation des résultats des rapports de situation d’inventaire et mise en place de stratégies de redressement et de réduction d'inventaire
- Assurer une gestion saine du taux de roulement de l’inventaire
- Mener des projets d’amélioration de processus impliquant différents départements tels que l’ingénierie, qualité et plusieurs autres
- Traitement des demandes d’investigation et modification de pièces
- Participer aux projets de développement des produits avec l'ingénierie
- Faire de la veille technologique sur les prix et les tendances du marché

**HABILETÉS ESSENTIELLES**
**Formation**

Diplôme étude collégiale ou certificat dans une discipline reliée aux achats, gestion d'approvisionnement, gestion des opérations ou domaine connexe.

**Qualifications et expérience**
- Expérience de 3 ans dans un poste similaire dans un environnement manufacturier
- Expérience dans un contexte JIT
- Connaissances générales de l’électronique est un atout
- Autonomie, analytique, attitude positive
- Sens des responsabilités
- Capacité à gérer le stress et la pression
- Flexibilité et attitude proactive
- Respect des échéanciers établis
- Aptitude pour la communication efficace
- Bilinguisme essentiel
- Attitude professionnelle et dynamique
