As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential homes, office spaces, and Airbnb properties. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each space is cleaned to the highest standards, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients and guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks according to established procedures and standards, including but not limited to:

- Dusting surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Making beds and changing linens
- Removing trash and recycling
- Restocking supplies as needed
- Inspect and evaluate the condition of the space before and after cleaning to ensure thoroughness and quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and/or property managers to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements.
- Handle and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns observed during cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and agility to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from cleaning locations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
