- What You’ll Be Doing
- You will be working with our Private Banking partners to fulfill High Value client request for loans. You will be responsible to enable fund advancing by creating the proper documentations and verifying them when received from internal stakeholders (e.g. Banking Centres) and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete according to policies and procedures for further processing. You’ll make sure client satisfaction and productivity standards are achieved and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met or exceeded by following well-defined procedures and guidelines and escalating issues as appropriate.
