Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Identify, research & develop business cases around potential opportunities
- Ensuring all programs of the Organization are maximized by building exceptional business relationships.
- Develop and build relationships with Multicultural & Indigenous communities to attract a diverse range of clients.
- Actively promote Status through its Social Media platforms.
- Develop marketing materials in accordance with contractual requirements and associated guidelines.
- Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Work alongside other departments to identify potential new clients
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective client
- Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Establish and maintain effective communication between internal and external customers and specific areas of sales.
**Requires Knowledge & Awareness of Following Tasks**
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office and Sales Software
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
