**The Opportunity**
- Please note that while this is a remote opportunity, some travel to InnPower offices and sites will be required._
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements for the InnPower Group of Companies in accordance with current IFRS and Regulatory Accounting standards.
- Supporting month-end and year-end activities, including assisting in the preparation of the year end audits and budgets.
- Analyze and develop financing plans for large scale capital projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close procedures, including posting recurring journals, monthly account reconciliations, development charges, balance sheet reporting, etc., for routine and complex accounts in accordance with IFRS reporting standards.
- Assist in the ongoing development and documentation of the departmental policies and procedures.
- Preparation of reports/analysis for Regulatory, Operations, and Engineering as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of progressive financial experience, focused on financial analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required
- Enrolled and currently pursuing CPA at an intermediate/senior level.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, Development Charges Act and Regulatory requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Salary**: $32.39-$38.10 per hour
