Automotive Receptionist - Full-time

As the first point of contact for our customers you create the first impression of our brand. Because of this, you play a very important role in the satisfaction of our customers. You contribute to the operational efficiency of the sales department and to positive CSI results by promptly and warmly answering calls and directing clients to the appropriate *Kia West Edmonton* representative or department, contributing to an overall experience that exceeds expectations.

Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Maintain adherence to company standards of professional behavior and presentation, including any uniform or attire requirements; comply with Kia West Edmonton policies as well as local, provincial, and federal laws including those governing the rules of the road and health and safety

Main Responsibilities

Promptly and warmly answer phone calls and directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department

Follow sales department processes and guidelines

Answer and manage all phone lines including transferring inbound calls to all departments

Assist sales customers arriving at the front desk

Check in new and used vehicles

Update monthly schedule of sales department and track attendance

Coordinate and process customer payments, and provide support to Accounting department

Distribute mail (interoffice, courier and regular mail) and coordinate courier pick ups

Other duties as required by your local manager

Qualification

Completion of high school diploma or equivalent experience

Previous experience in AUTOMOTIVE reception is REQUIRED

Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred

Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills

Strong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation

Strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Full-time hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm - Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
