**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assess customer needs by listening attentively and asking relevant questions regarding their unit's issues.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to explain maintenance and repair options and services clearly to customers, ensuring they understand the necessary work.
- Process service orders, including cash handling and payment transactions accurately.
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate, enhancing the overall customer experience while meeting sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history in the store's management system.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely communication regarding service progress and any changes in repair timelines or costs.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dealership setting or as a mechanic is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in sales or upselling within a customer service environment is beneficial.
- Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
