**Job Description**:

- Ensure safe operation of an ammonia refrigeration system.
- Conducts regular facility inspections.
- Ensure preventative maintenance is performed on all related equipment.
- Carry out duties in a safe manner as instructed through safety training.
- Assist in the replacement of equipment and costing, sourcing and installation of new equipment.
- Checking mechanical equipment i.e. control, gauges, valves and other components to ensure the plant operation is operating safety and efficiently.

Experience & Qualifications.
- Class A or B refrigeration operator certification
- Minimum 1 year work experience in ammonia refrigeration operator role.
- Good communication skill both verbal and written form also in various forms of digital communication.
- Fluent in English and in technical terminologies related to industrial refrigeration.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to triage multiple priorities effectively to address key issues first successful resolution.

**Other requirements**:

- Must be able to work extended hours and Saturdays as scheduled;
- Must have reliable transportation (no public transportation available);
- Energetic and self-starter attitude.

We offer a competitive base salary as well as a New Hire Incentive Program of $ 500.00 after 90 days of employment.
