We have a great opportunity for a **Pre-Owned** **Inventory Coordinator **to join our team at Crown Auto Group. The Pre-Owned Inventory Coordinator works alongside one or more of our stores to sell more used cars by pricing used cars to market, optimizing online presence and managing the reconditioning process to ensure quick inventory turns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure we have a timely, consistent and professional online presence by ensuring photos, descriptions and used vehicles listings in general are optimized
- Price all used cars to market weekly
- Review data analytics to measure online traction on used vehicle listings to help determine when an online adjustment is required
- Notify sales team of incoming used vehicles and any price adjustments
- Manage used car reconditioning activities with the goal of being fully reconditioned in 72 hours
- Coordinate wholesale disposal
- Perform other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across different departments and businesses
- Have strong organizational and prioritization skill with the ability to multi-task
- Be detail oriented
- Be self-motivated with initiative and work under mínimal supervision
- Automotive experience an asset
