As a Brand Manager, you have strong B2B marketing expertise and are a team player who knows how to influence, partner and get things done. You are known for exceptional delivery and getting results by being hands-on, as well as stepping back to build plans that generate pipeline growth and revenue. **Why we’ll love You**:

- Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field with 5+ years in a B2B marketing role
- Highly collaborative, able to partner with sales leaders to drive aligned sales and marketing initiatives.
- Strategically minded, as well as a master of execution

**Once here, you'll**:

- Build the strategy and define the go-to-market for B2B brands, each with a unique product, positioning strategy and target audience.
- Maintain brand standards and develop digital and print collateral that aligns with each brand’s visual identity and positioning.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement toolkit, including brochures, competitive positioning materials, white papers, case studies, web content and webinars to empower our sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
- Plan and attend key events including tradeshows, conferences and branch activations, and partner with sales to create a field marketing plan.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and identify opportunities and actions to iterate and improve campaign performance and impact.
- Manage each segment’s marketing budget, including tracking, monitoring and approving marketing expenses relative to budget allowance.
- Collaborate closely with Westland’s brand, creative, CX and communications team.
