- Experience with advanced functions in MS Excel
- Experience with data analysis tools such as QuickSight, Salesforce, Tableau, and OneView
- Comfortable extracting and manipulating large datasets with SQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
- Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following methods: data analysis/visualization, financial modeling, statistical modeling

Sales Analytics & Insights Lead

The Americas Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement (SSOE) team is building the future of sales. Our team is responsible for supporting the rapidly growing Americas Commercial Sales business, from Sales Leaders to Solutions Architects and everything in between. About the Role
The Sales Insights, Analytics, and Data Science team is looking for a Sales Analytics & Insights Lead to understand customer trends and uncover new market opportunities. We leverage large data sets to surface insights on the productivity for our Sales, Technical Sales, and Sales Operations teams. Our goal is to create metrics and measure success of programs, build automated mechanisms for internal planning, and invent new ways of diving deep with data to drive specific business outcomes that will help us serve our customers in their journey to the cloud.

Work/Life Harmony
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM designated degree program
- 4+ years of professional work experience in an enterprise setting
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company preferred
- Having familiarity or experience with Python or R
- Tableau Certification
- One or more certifications in project management such as Six Sigma, Lean, PMP Certification, Agile
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree
- Data Quality and Governance Methods
- Knowledge in one or more functional areas such as Enterprise Planning, Sales Productivity and Sales Readiness, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations experience
