We are currently recruiting for a **full-time General Labourer in our Custom Homes and Cottages division. This position will be based out of the Muskoka area **and as such we are looking for an individual that lives in or around Simcoe County

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform physical labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks
- Transport materials to and from the island on company provided boat
- Operate hand tools and power tools as required with minor construction work
- Assist with construction and maintenance projects
- Clean and prepare job sites for work
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- **Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle**:

- **Valid boating license**:

- Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
