The Suite Attendant reports to the Food & Beverage Hospitality Manager and Supervisor/Premium Seating and maintains organization and cleanliness of suites and assists guests in accordance with Centerplate and SBC Standards and applicable building Operational Standards.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting, and overall ambiance in the suite
- Verify and set-up all pre-game orders
- Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself
- Take and place game day food and Alcohol beverage orders on MGDO iPad app
- Set-up and check on game day orders and serve guests until the end of service
- Replenish food, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, condiments, and utensils as needed
- Maintain standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event
- Reconcile bills at the end of service with suite host
- Clear all items from the suite and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes in suite
- Reset suite for next function through close to open, completing closing functions and check out with supervisor or manager

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:Excellent guest service skills/customer service oriented:

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, for game/event days -available to commit to ALL Mooseheads and Thunderbird games
- Strong verbal and written communication skills -- ability to communicate with staff/customers and to prepare for events
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, ability to take initiative, effectively work with others and work in a fast-paced environment

**Physical Requirements**:Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for set-up, service and cleanup of suite.Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.Variable temperatures - required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment.May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces and heights.Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.**Education & Experience**:Minimum of one-year experience in foodservice position requiredServeSafe certificate required to serve alcoholCash handling experience recommended
