**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable to support established sales, expense targets and customer service metrics by implementing strategies with impact to payroll, shop budgets, loss prevention and improving customer service
- Liaise between shop floor and administrative staff
- Ensure employees are trained on all shop procedures
- Maintain workplace safety.
- Ensure exceptional customer service/patient care for the store
- Answering incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and booking appointments

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English communication skills
- Knowledge of Word & Excel
- Organized, Self-Starter & able to prioritize
- Available to work Saturday
- Reliable, independent & punctual
- Customer-service oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3P 1W5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
