**Logistic Coordinator**

The **Logistic Coordinator** will report to the Logistics Manager and play a key role in the delivery of our customer service and logistics solutions to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products in a timely manner with mínimal to no disruptions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build outbound transportation schedule each week
- Maintain close connection to sales departments to determine weekly volume’s, monitoring closely for seasonal spikes.
- Assign available drivers to the weekly transportation schedule.
- Regular dispatch communication with all drivers.
- Maintain up-to-date driver records as per provincial and federal legislation.
- Oversee fleet and equipment, scheduling for maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Ensure driver manifests and paperwork packages are issued with all outbound loads.
- Ensure and maintain high level of fulfillment accuracy on all customer orders.
- Communicate with third party carriers to schedule transportation.
- Assist in coordination of inbound transportation as needed.
- Assist in shipping and receiving as needed.
- Assist in transfers and deliveries between locations as needed (Class 1 license required).
- Other duties as required.

This position reports directly to the General Manager.

**Education/Experience/Certifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

**Salary**: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

- Chilliwack, BC V2P 6H5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- logistics: 1 year (preferred)
