**Who we are looking for**:
The HR Manager will provide expertise on a broad and comprehensive range of human resources activities, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, talent development, employment transactions, policy compliance, and other related HR functional areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing insight in Managing office staff including recruiting, orienting, and successful onboard of new hires.
- Evaluate new hire orientation process properly which introduces new employees to the corporate culture.
- Providing aid in Screening applicants and completing orientation documents.
- Develop programs to enhance employee relations.
- Developing and providing regular insight to maintaining a good, people and culture environment.
- Handling disciplinary actions when needed.
- Ensure all employment policies follow current laws and regulations.
- Maintains office staff by coaching, counselling, and disciplining leadership team.
- Organize weekly/monthly company wide meetings within departments and leaders and follow-up on the agenda discussed.
- Involved in bringing efficiencies among departments.
- Support company operations and following up on work results.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven team player with ability to align position goals with corporate strategic goals
- Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
- CPHR is an asset if you have it.
- Must be legally allowed to work full time in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
