Burlington Training Centre is located just off Appleby Line and Fairview St. around the corner from the Go Station, BTC is a one-of-a-kind fitness centre/gym that provides classes for strength & conditioning, boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing and much more. We also provide youth programming such as March Break camps and other fun-filled events.

Our team of certified personal trainers are a professional unit that continually improves their knowledge and techniques for maximizing clients' results. We also work with a variety of professional MMA athletes, who are instrumental in providing some of the best martial arts education in the Greater Toronto Area.

**About the Facility**:
Our Burlington gym is 16,000 square feet and filled with amenities to ensure that you get the best workout. We have a huge turf for various athletic movements, coupled with a large cardio area with different machines, and a dedicated area for lifting with free weights. We have 1 regulation-sized MMA ring for training, as well as several heavy bags, another octagon ring, and a matted area where all our martial arts classes take place.

We are hiring for a welcoming and outgoing **Full-Time/Part-Time Front Desk Staff**
**(15 hours to 40 hours per week).**

Our **Part-Time/Full-Time Front Desk Staff** is our main point of contact for our clients and potential customers. You are the first person they speak to on the phone when they call, and the first person they see when walking through our front doors.

**Details Of The Role**
- This position will be **Full-Time/Part time, 15 hours to 40 hours per week**:

- Answering calls and assisting with inquiries.
- Handling front desk duties with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
- Recording detailed notes in our front desk software.
- Excellent communication skills is a must.
- Help maintain facility cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willing and excited to help in other areas to improve our customer & brand experience
- MUST be available evenings and weekends.
