**Responsibilities**:

- Clean, disinfect, and re-set dog and cat kennels and litterboxes, maintaining a high level of sanitization
- Spread fresh litter and bedding materials like straw, paper, sawdust, or gravel
- Coordinating cleaning activities with vet team to ensure kennels are available as needed
- Clean floors and garage using brooms, mops, pressure washer, spray foamer, and motorized floor scrubber - training will be provided
- Refill supplies such as food, litter, etc.
- Wash dishes and laundry

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Previous cleaning and/or animal shelter experience would be considered an asset
- Must be able to lift, bend, squat, and stand throughout the day
- Must be comfortable working in noisy environment, exposure to dog barking (hearing protection will be available)
- Will be required to pick up animal feces, PPE will be available on site
- Must be team oriented and also able to work well independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Great communication skills, spoken and written
- Available to work on weekends
