**Job Summary**:
The HR team is looking for a Time & Attendance Administrator to be responsible for the completion of work activities including performing all time and attendance submissions for all assigned lines of business or departments (as required) to ensure that associates are paid correctly and on time. This person also assists field management teams with any payroll-related questions and act as a liaison between the stores and Payroll.

You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures all time and attendance submissions are processed accurately and within service levels, with this role having sole responsibility to make accurate corrections to the database;
- Monitor and maintain open tickets by assessing activities required to ensure timely resolution;
- Answer routine time and attendance questions for Managers and employees;
- Ensure compliance with all time and attendance legislation and HR policies;
- Utilize expertise to determine issues and carry out necessary analysis to determine corrective course of action or solution;
- Execute queries and audits and perform necessary actions to update and ensure integrity of time and attendance data;
- Oversee payroll transactions, new hires, terminations, promotions, adjustments, etc.;
- Conduct regular audits on time and attendance procedures and records;
- Report to management on time and attendance issues and changes;
- Perform other related duties, as assigned for the purpose of maximizing the department’s efficiency/productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of payroll-related experience;
- PCP Certification an asset;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Strong knowledge of payroll software packages—preferably UKG and StoreForce;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Professional attitude and strong customer service focus;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
- Experience processing payroll for mid to large sized companies—including both salaried and hourly employees;
- Knowledge of federal and provincial/state legislation as well as acts and regulations related to payroll (CDN and US);
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Bilingual: French and English.
