**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 4-6 years of experience in systems administration or enterprise IT support.
- IAT/IAM Level I certification (e.g., A+, Network+, or equivalent).
- Experience maintaining and supporting Linux and/or Windows operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in system backup, recovery, patching, and performance tuning.
- Experience with system software installation, upgrades, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or Azure.
- Ability to document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and change logs.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
**Desired Skills**:
- Experience supporting secure federal or defense-related IT environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Oracle VM) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
- Knowledge of STIGs, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity compliance.
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Exposure to capacity planning, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience supporting interface management and data integrity in integrated systems.
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
