Gyro Mazda is currently in search of a new team member to join us as a full-time **Administrator/Receptionist**. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking on new challenges. While previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, it is not mandatory. However, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

Objective of the Position:

- Greet and welcome all guests in a polite and courteous manner, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or destination.
- Operate the main switchboard by providing telephone answering services, understanding the nature of calls and inquiries, and connecting callers to the relevant individuals.
- Take responsibility for stocking vehicles into CRM software (CDK/DeskIt), completing dealer trades, and receiving and processing deposits from customers.
- Manage all aspects of vehicle licensing.
- Participate in on-site and off-site events.
- Demonstrate high self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- Be a committed team player with a keen attention to detail.
