**Do you have what we're looking for?**
- You are available between the hours of **8AM-6PM**on **Monday thru Fridays** AND **every other weekend**:

- You are **Dependable**and can maintain a **Consistent Schedule**:

- You have a valid **Driver’s License**and **Reliable Vehicle**:

- You really **Care** about people
- You are local to the **Port Perry & Uxbridge** area OR are **willing to drive to Port Perry & Uxbridge**:

- **Must be willing to travel within the Uxbridge and Port Perry area**:

- Must be ok to see client with pets, such as, Cats or Dogs

**Qualifications**:

- PSW/DSW/SSW/HCW (or equivalent) certification from an accredited educational institution
- Valid Police Vulnerable Sectors Check
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Up-to-date Immunization Record, including two COVID-19 vaccinations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
