**We are looking to fill 2 roles. Applicants should reside in the lower mainland, Burnaby-Langley area and one in the North Shore-Vancouver area as work will primarily be in these areas.**

Summary:
Our team provides high-end cabinetry installations and fine woodwork for both residential and commercial properties. From luxury custom kitchens, and millwork to decorative accent pieces, and finishing details. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can work independently. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking and eager individual who wants to grow with a great company.

Health & Minimum requirements:

- Healthy & physically fit
- Own PPE and some personal tools
- Valid driver’s license & own vehicle
- Clear communication in the English language and able to follow instructions

General Responsibilities:

- Follow site safety rules.
- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and safely: Cabinet installation, finishing, door installs, trim crown, wainscotting install and other various finishing carpentry tasks
- Be knowledgeable and familiar with fine finishing techniques with the ability to understand construction documents and drawings
- To construct various architectural components based on provided drawings
- To be a reliable team member
- General housekeeping including maintaining a tidy and orderly job site at all times
- Keep orderly records of mileage, job receipts and accurate time-sheets

Qualifications:

- You are confident and have the ability to collaborate and work as a team
- Red Seal Certified is an asset
- You have 5+ years of experience in Cabinet Installation, Joinery, or Finish Carpentry
- You take pride in producing high-quality results and doing your best work
- You can meet realistic deadlines in completing the required tasks
- You are proficient in reading and interpreting drawings
- You can present experienced knowledge of the practices, materials, tools, and equipment used when installing cabinets and millwork or finishing carpentry
- You have a valid driver's license and your own transportation
- You have an outstanding attitude and high commitment levels
- You are proactive and comfortable communicating with your team
- You take ownership of mishaps
- You have strong attention to detail and have a drive for creating a quality finished product
- You have a high school diploma (min.)
- You have the ability to construct various architectural components based on provided drawings
- You have the ability to problem solve
- You can arrive on site prepared for work with some of the tools necessary to complete required tasks
- Excellent communication skills and composure
- Excellent written and verbal command of the English language
- Knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD and Sketchup

Compensation:

- Renumeration dependant on skills & experience
- Benefits package available after 3 months
- Tools, cell, and vehicle compensation

Status:

- Full-Time Employee or contract If preferred
- Start Immediately
