**Position Summary**:
Nooners Catering, a trusted leader in high-quality, high-volume sandwich catering since 1986, is seeking two skilled and creative **Deli Style Sandwich Catering Specialists** to join our team. Whether full-time or part-time, you will play a critical role in crafting and presenting beautiful and delicious sandwich trays tailored for large corporate events, business orders, and personal catering occasions. This position is perfect for those who excel in high-volume settings and take pride in quality, consistency, and creativity.

**Available Positions**:

- **Part-Time**: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (with flexible start and end times based on order volume).
- **Full-Time**: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with flexible start and end times based on order volume).

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble a variety of deli-style sandwiches with precision and creativity.
- Design and arrange catering trays with professional presentation, meeting the highest quality standards.
- Efficiently produce and manage orders for large corporate events, business functions, and personal catering needs.
- Adapt to varying schedules and order volumes to meet client deadlines while maintaining excellence.
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization in all preparation and display areas.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering orders.
- Contribute innovative ideas for tray designs and menu options to enhance our offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a catering sandwich specialist or similar role in a high-volume operation.
- Expertise in creating high-quality sandwich trays for diverse events and order sizes.
- Strong artistic and creative skills in food presentation and tray arrangements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
