Hello Speech provides both virtual and in-home speech-language therapy and occupational therapy for children across the Greater Toronto Area. Using an interdisciplinary approach we work together to support the needs of children and their families as a whole. Our specialties include speech and language, autism, parent coaching, sensory processing, literacy, school readiness and behavioural strategies and support.

We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and professional **Communicative Disorders Assistants** (CDA) to join our diverse and dedicated team of clinicians.

Our CDA’s are responsible for:

- Delivering speech and language therapy in one-to-one and/or small group formats
- Working under the supervision of a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist;
- Preparing materials, developing activities, implementing intervention plans, and working towards established speech-language goals;
- Documenting sessions and tracking progress;
- Communicating and collaborating with team members, parents, and other professionals;
- A graduate from an accredited Communicative Disorders program (CDAAC Membership is an asset);
- Skilled at using best practice guidelines and evidence-based information;
- Good at working collaboratively with other team members and supervisors;
- A strong verbal and written communicator;
- An effective time manager;
- Willing to travel within the community and has access to appropriate transport;
- An up to date Vulnerable Sector Screening.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: $60.00-$70.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
