**(~30 hours/week from May 1st - May 31st)**

As a Window Cleaning Technician for Neighbours Window Cleaning you will work in a three person crew to service homes in South-West Winnipeg. **Responsibilities**:
1. Window Cleaning:

- Perform window cleaning duties alongside the team, including ladder climbing (up to 32 feet) and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ensure the use of safe and effective window cleaning techniques.
- Inspect completed work to meet quality standards.

2. Client Interaction:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs.
- Address client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Uphold a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Consult your crew lead for any major issues.

3. Logistics and Equipment:

- Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and supplies from the vehicle.

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks on the job sites.

5. Sales and D2D canvassing:

- Using sales and marketing skills, follow D2D scripts to acquire new customers
- Properly estimate window cleaning quotes and close potential customers
- Handle objections to close customers

**Requirements**:
1. Physical Fitness:

- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 32ft.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment and supplies.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

3. Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Insure industry best customer service
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

4. Reliability:

- Punctual and dependable.

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
