**About Game Plan Services (GPS)**:
Game Plan Services is a flexible, on-demand labour company that connects trained student athletes with businesses, event organizers, and homeowners who need reliable help for short-term, low-risk jobs. We believe in giving athletes flexible, safe, and rewarding work opportunities while helping them build life skills and support their training and education. We are active in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Lethbridge, Jasper and opening in BC Spring 2026.

**Position Overview**:
As a Game Plan Services employee, you’ll join a crew of other student athletes to complete short-term jobs in your community. Work varies from week to week, but every shift is active, team-based, and designed to fit around your training and school schedule. This role is perfect for athletes looking to earn money, stay fit, and gain valuable work experience in a supportive, professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Show up on time, in uniform, with a positive attitude.
- Work with a crew to complete client jobs such as:

- Yard maintenance (weeding, raking, cleanups)
- Fence and deck painting
- Event set-up and take-down
- Light moving and clean-up
- Seasonal labour tasks
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, supervisors, and teammates.
- Follow safety guidelines and use the provided PPE.
- Represent Game Plan Services professionally at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Current or former student athlete (high school, university, or recent graduate).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled shifts.
- Physically capable of performing outdoor and manual labour tasks.
- Team-oriented, with strong communication and work ethic.
- Flexible availability during daytime hours (perfect for athletes with evening and weekend commitments).
