- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Quickbooks.
- Be fluent in English, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads generated from trade shows.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for trade shows, including flights, hotels, and transportation for attendees.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client and invoice records in QuickBooks.
- Update and manage product catalogs, as well as maintain accurate inventory records.
- Manage customer inquiries, refunds, and payments, and resolve issues related to orders, complaints, and returns.
- Assist in order fulfillment and confirmation processes by coordinating with shipment and tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure a clean and safe office environment at all times.
- Experience in creating and managing barcodes for inventory tracking.
- Handle claiming duties and taxes for shipments.
**Employment**: Full-time 37.5hrs/week

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
