**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain various locks, keys, and security systems.
- Perform ADAS Calibrations, pre-scans, and post-scans of the vehicle report for insurance companies and body shops. This would be your main task; keys are a bonus.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions for their security requirements.
- Use schematics to understand complex locking mechanisms and systems.
- Perform automotive locksmithing tasks, including key duplication and ignition repair.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Part of AMVIC, NASTF security over 10 years in business

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Locksmith or in a related mechanical field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with hand tools effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive repair is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to locking mechanisms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license may be required for mobile locksmith duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- automotive technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
- Journeyman (preferred)
