Looking to build a skilled trade career in a high-demand field? **Great West Radon Ltd.** is expanding our commercial team and we’re hiring **Installation Assistants for Radon Mitigation Systems** on commercial job sites. If you're physically capable, reliable, and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to grow with a company committed to safety, quality, and professional development. This is **occasional, part-time work** best suited for individuals with a **flexible schedule** who are available **on short notice**—typically with 2 to 7 days’ lead time.

**What You'll Do**
- Assist with radon pipe layout and assembly, install radon cage, and membrane system installations.
- Use hand tools and power tools to support daily installation tasks.
- Prepare and maintain clean, safe work areas.
- Follow supervisor instructions and job site protocols with attention to detail.
- Load/unload materials and assist with basic job site prep and cleanup.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Team Player** - Good communicator, punctual, and cooperative in a crew-based environment.
- **Flexible Availability** - Able to accept occasional, short-notice work based on project demand.
- **Willingness to Learn** - Experience in construction is helpful but not required.
- **Physical Readiness** - Able to lift 50 lbs, work on knees, use ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- **Reliable Transportation** - Personal vehicle required to reach various commercial job sites.
- **Tool Familiarity** - Comfortable using drills, saws, and other basic power tools (training provided).
