Do you have what it takes?
Reporting to the Service Centre Sales Manager, the Housing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the administrative duties for the Housing Division while working closely with the Sales Manager, the operations team, and site superintendents. The role will also be the main contact for coordinating deliveries, distributing work to the detailer and communicating inventory and production requirements to the internal team. They will coordinate and communicate office activities, and take on other general administrative tasks as required.
**Core Duties**:
Handle all house fabrication accounts from an order entry and tracking aspect
Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness
Be the main contact for each site and responsible to negotiating deliveries
Have a thorough understanding of production capabilities to and work with purchasing to ensure the material is available
Work closely with the operations team on production schedules, inventory and delivery times
Responsible for ensuring deadlines are being met
Reviews contracts for respective projects for pricing and invoicing procedures
Assisting fabbers with sketches
Other administrative duties as required

**Education/Experience**:
High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar type role
Strong working knowledge of software systems, including all Microsoft Office products
Proven records / file maintenance skills
Experience in construction would be considered an asset
Experience reading and analyzing Architectural and Structural drawings and specifications considered an asset
