TIL-KA Construction Inc. - DKI is a General Contractor and Restoration Company with over 27 years of experience and can handle all of our customers’ building, renovation and disaster clean-up needs. We are looking for experienced Exterior Tradesmen/Installers to join our team

Reporting to the Management Team and Foreman, this position’s responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

- Window/Doors installation
- Siding, Soffit/Fascia/Eavestrough Installation
- General site maintenance, properly disposing material, keeping equipment and tools clean and organized.
- Communication with crew members, management team and customers to ensure goals are met.
- Setting up/taking down project sites including equipment, scaffolding, materials, etc.
- Identify risks, safety issues and ensure entire team is following company policy/procedures and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Experience in exterior installations, i.e. Windows, Doors, Siding, Soffit/Fascia/Eavestrough
- Working at Heights Certificate - preferred
- Driver’s License - preferred
- Ability to follow company safety policies, practices and procedures in order to complete job tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Ability to lift and maneuver heavy weighted objects including materials and equipment in a variety of settings, i.e. inside, outdoors, etc.
