**Role Brief**:
Coho Collective Kitchens is looking for highly organized individuals with attention to detail, strong cost controls and a positive attitude

The Prep and Production Cooks will deliver at a high level and contribute to the larger mission and strategy of the parent company, Coho Collective Kitchens. Please note that due to the organization's growing mission, specific roles may change over time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for adhering to established recipes and standards
- Prepping and cooking of items within the kitchen and prep area.
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Assist in order fulfillment and packaging
- Maintain the standard of food quality in accordance with Coho Collective Kitchens and relevant partners.
- Attends meetings when necessary.
- Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations as per Provincial Health and company standards.
- Reports to the Kitchen Manager

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in a prep or production cook role.
- Strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a larger team
- Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong motivational and leadership skills.
- Food Safe Level 1
