WAREHOUSE & DELIVERY MANAGER

ROLE

The main role of the Warehouse & Delivery Manager will be managing all aspects from packaging to delivery. This includes operating the canning line, maintaining the canning line, organizing packaging inventory including cans, lids, and labels, and organizing the cold room inventory of cans and kegs for wholesale.

The Warehouse & Delivery Manager will be a member of the Senior Staff team and have a close and collaborative relationship with the Sales Manager. This position will also work closely with Ownership, the General Manager, Head Brewer, Sales Team, Lounge Manager, and Bookkeeper.

Hours will generally be 8 to 10 hours a day, 4 to 5 days a week.

Salary will average $30/h. This average will be made up of a $24/hr base salary and $6-$7 average gratuities.

Health and Dental Plan will be a $1000/year tax free spending account for individuals and $1500/year for families.

This role will also include some maintenance work as required and as time permits.

Examples include fixing and sanding tables and chairs, fixing doors, fixing small plumbing and electrical issues, and performing any maintenance, renovation, and building projects as outlined by the General Manager and Ownership Team.

The Warehouse & Delivery Manager’s duties will include all of the following (plus any other tasks they may be asked to perform by the General Manager and Ownership):
Inventory Management
- Ordering cans, lids, labels, and controlling the inventory of these items. You will be expected to receive shipments and organize the inventory as needed. You will work with the Head Brewer and Sales Manager to ensure our inventory matches sales projections.
- Organizing the walk-in cooler in conjunction with the Sales Manager to ensure that all finished packaged goods are organized in an efficient way for the sales and delivery teams.

Delivery
- In conjunction with the Sales Manager, the Warehouse & Delivery Manager will coordinate the delivery schedule.
- Loading the delivery vehicles for efficient delivery.
- Delivery product to wholesale Clients.

Invoicing
- In conjunction with the Sales Manager, the Warehouse & Delivery Manager will produce invoices for wholesales clients.
- The Warehouse & Delivery Manager will help the Sales Manager in reconciling invoices and collecting outstanding money owing.

Packaging Cans
- The Warehouse & Delivery Manager will understand the entire operation of the Canning Line.
- The Warehouse & Delivery Manager will help train canning operators on the correct way to use the canning line.

Packaging Kegs
- The Warehouse & Delivery Manager will understand the entire operation of kegging beer off brite tanks and serving tanks.
- Cleaning kegs with the Alpha Keg Cleaning machine will be part of this job. This person will also train other operators on the correct use of the Alpha Keg Cleaning machine

Cellar Work
- Though not a primary duty, the Warehouse & Delivery Manager will help clean fermentation tanks, brite tanks, and serving tanks when needed.
- Transferring beer between tanks may also be required when necessary, though not a primary responsibility.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
